Will Henderson was born in California, raised in Houston, and moved to the Austin area in 2000 to pursue a degree from the University of Texas. He started his career in 2004 by leasing apartments to friends and fellow students while still in school. Since then, he has built his experience by selling properties ranging from condominiums and single family homes to multi-acre tracts of rural land, duplexes/triplexes and 10+ unit multi-family investment properties. Will serves as a consultant to developers and successfully works with buyers who purchase HUD properties and fixer-uppers.

Will is well prepared to represent clients with his extensive experience and market knowledge. He has successfully closed properties in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and California. Much of his business comes from referrals from satisfied clients. Will maintains a high level of professional service, which he brings to each meeting, conversation and any interaction he has with his clients. He understands what it takes to maximize returns and minimize risk. He has personally overseen several remodeling jobs and has long-standing working relationships with many contractors in the Austin area. 

Will enjoys the outdoors, attending live music shows and plays club soccer. Traveling is one of Will’s passions. He has visited more than 25 countries, spending extensive time in the United Kingdom where his parents were both raised. Will believes his traveling experience and knowledge of other cultures has helped him in his professional career.
