estate agents, each agent works to lease your property. In
addition to these agents, we market your property to agents
throughout the Austin area. This means you will have hundreds
of agents showing your property to prospective tenants.
Once
we receive an application we run a complete background check on
the tenant. This includes: a credit report, criminal background
check, previous rental verification and employment
verification. We will then review this prospect with you and
allow you to make the final call.
Our
goal is to obtain a qualified tenant, as quick as possible at a
fair market rate.
