Ely Properties was founded in 1991 as a full service real estate brokerage and management company in the UT area. Since that time we have expanded to all parts of Central Austin and throughout the entire metropolitan area.

We currently manage close to 1,000 properties. Our owners’ portfolios include single family homes, town houses, duplexes, condominiums, apartment complexes and commercial properties as well. Every one of our owners has a professional property manager that develops a unique management plan that best suits their needs.

In 2004 the proprietors of Ely Properties, Deacon Shields, Jeff Tucker and Matt Ely began acquiring and developing land and building some very high end apartment complexes as well as industrial centers.
