Maintenance

In order to provide the highest level of service, Ely Properties requires all maintenance request s be in writing.  If you require maintenance, please use this form or email Maintenance@ElyProperties.com  If this is a serious emergency please contact our office or call 911.

Move-In

On the day of move-in, please come by the Ely Properties office located at 608 West 24th Street.

Please note that in order to move in any resident, all persons listed must have signed the lease and, if required, all guarantees of lease must be received. A full month's rent is required to move in and must be paid by cashier's check or money order.

Please make sure to have utilities connected. We hope you enjoy your new home.
